•     Assisted in building design to meet all needs required by owner, including the operating rooms, and “clean rooms” for operating room utensils.

•     Manage and ensure buildout meets all ADA and State requirements.

•     Provide set-up of buildings before opening to public

•     Provide ongoing maintenance services to all buildings after opening (includes all routine maintenance, repairs, lawn and cleaning services)

•     Maintain all State requirements and service all equipment to ensure no down-time.

•     Maintain all HVAC Systems, including quarterly filter changes.

•     Maintain fire protection and sprinkler systems.

•     Upgraded buildings to JAYCO certification standards.

•     Manage and provide project-work related to building modifications and/or expansions.

REHABILITATION FACILITY:

REHABITATIOACILITY

•     Tranquil Hills Rehabilitation Center (10709 Cow Creek Rd, Marble Falls, Texas 78654)

SERVICES PROVIDED: 

•    Design and build 25,000 square foot drug rehabilitation center.

•    Manage and ensure facility meets all ADA and State requirements for medical center.

•    Design and build commercial kitchen with an Ansill system to serve 200 meals per day.

•    Work with Engineers, LCRA and TCEQ for water treatment plant

•    Prepare all buildings for JAYCO certification.

•    Provide fire protection and sprinkler systems.

•    Remodel of 4,500 square foot front office building

•    Design and build barn for equestrian therapy, including locating and providing trail horses and staff to care for all livestock at the facility.

•    Design and cut 45-minute horse trail-ride path, not to interfere with walking trails.

•    Build and design dam for water attractions.

•    Design and build a 2-mile walking trail with water features and mazes.

•    Provide 8-person cleaning staff (24 hours per day / 365 days a year)

•    Provide 2-person maintenance staff to maintain 42 acres and all buildings (Main house, Dining Hall, Patient Facility, and Barn)

MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR PAWN SHOPS:

•    Provide services to over 1,250 First Cash and Cash America pawnshops.

•    Services can be anything from changing a light bulb, to securing a building upon a break-in (replacing glass/doors, security features), to remodeling an entire store.

•    Ensure all state and local requirements are met.

•    Provide emergency after hours call service.
