LB strives as a company to provide quality and value-added complete facility solutions. LB measures success by company growth and the retention of clients.

LB’s expertise in estimating, construction, project management and pre-construction services ensures that clients receive a quality product, at a fair price, and in a reasonable time frame. This is accomplished through the selective use of responsible subcontractors, hiring and retaining qualified employees, and working for clients that share a belief in open, honest, and direct communication. 

Regardless of whether LB is working with an owner, architect, designer, engineer, tenant, broker, subcontractor, or supplier, LB treats everyone respectfully, and as if they are a member of LB’s team. This commitment to team and to open project leadership yields not only successful construction projects, but more importantly, satisfied clients. The end result of this style of relationship building, and the bulk of LB’s business, is repeat business of clientele and referrals.

MAINTENANCE SERVICES:

LB’s goal is to assist and lead clients in identifying and performing facility maintenance needs, including, but not limited to, renovations, general maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, cleaning and lawn services. LB provides one-stop shopping, specializing in maintenance for emergency rooms and rehabilitation facilities. 

RESIDENTIAL SERVICES:

LB also provides residential services to homeowners. We perform any maintenance needs from general maintenance to plumbing, electrical, renovations, and fencing. LB has also added A/C maintenance and filter replacements.
